SAIC Motor Vietnam has officially launched the MG RX5 in the Vietnamese market with two attractive versions. The standard version costs 739 million VND and the premium version costs 829 million VND. Compared to competitors in the same segment such as Mazda CX-5, Honda CR-V and Ford Territory, the MG RX5 from the UK offers competition in price.
On the occasion of its first launch in Vietnam, SAIC Motor Vietnam reduced the price by 30 million VND in cash for the high-end version of MG RX5, bringing the price down to 799 million VND, and reduced the price by 40 million VND in cash for the standard version. standard, the car price is now only 699 million VND.
MG RX5 has impressive dimensions, with length x width x height of 4,571 x 1,855 x 1,719 mm respectively. This puts it in the C-size CUV/SUV segment similar to the Mazda CX-5 and Peugeot 3008. The vehicle’s youthful and modern design brings appeal with its large steering wheel and special LED headlights.
Inside the cabin, the MG RX5 offers a modern interior space with 5 seats. Two-color leather seats, wood-paneled dashboard and door panels create luxury. The 12.3-inch digital dashboard and 14.1-inch central touch screen provide a premium technology experience.
MG RX5 is equipped with a 4-cylinder, turbocharged gasoline engine, 1.5 liter capacity, with a maximum capacity of 168 horsepower and maximum torque of 275 Nm. The 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with shift times of only 0.2 seconds ensures a smooth and powerful driving experience.
