Mercedes has just introduced the first high-performance version of the new generation E-Class W214, developed by the AMG team – Mercedes-AMG E53 Hybrid 4Matic+. Mercedes-AMG E53 Hybrid 4Matic+ uses a plug-in hybrid powertrain including a 3.0L 6-cylinder gasoline engine (443 horsepower) and electric motor (161 horsepower), combined with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
