Recently, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam also announced a separate exhibition coming up next September. During this event, the German car company will introduce three new electric car models to customers in Vietnam.
The first car on the list is Mercedes-Benz EQB250, with a price of 2,289 billion VND. This model is developed based on the platform of the regular gasoline-powered GLB. The size and design of the EQB have many similarities with the gasoline version. Even the interior is quite difficult to distinguish between an electric car and a gasoline car.
Mercedes-Benz EQB250 is equipped with an electric motor with a 66.5 kWh battery. The car has a capacity of 190 horsepower and 385 Nm of torque, accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 8.9 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 160 km/h. According to published information, the car model is capable of traveling 422-473 km after each full charge.
Mercedes-Benz EQE500 SUV is the second model with a price of 3,999 billion VND. Unlike the EQB, the EQE500 model is built on a new platform specifically for electric vehicles. The interior and exterior design of this model is completely different and does not have many similarities with the current GLE model.
The EQE500 version in the Vietnamese market uses a 90.56 kWh battery. The car has a capacity of 402 horsepower and 858 Nm of torque, accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 210 km/h. According to published information, the car is capable of traveling from 462-549 km after each full charge.
Finally, the Mercedes-Benz EQS is considered the company’s most advanced electric SUV version. Considered an SUV version of the previously launched EQS sedan. Mercedes-Benz will bring the EQS500 SUV version with a price of 4,999 billion VND to the Vietnamese market.
In terms of operation, this car model uses a large capacity battery, 108.4 kWh. This provides a maximum power of 442 horsepower and maximum torque of 828 Nm. The car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.2 seconds and has a limited speed of 210 km/h. The battery capacity allows the vehicle to travel from 513-616 km after each full charge.
