Kia officially revealed the perfect picture of the D-size sedan K5 on October 25. At this event, the Korean car company also announced that they are accepting orders for this car model, causing great interest from customers and car experts.
According to the company’s announcement, the Kia K5 2024 will have three different versions including: Prestige, Noblesse and Signature, and has a starting price of 507 million VND. With this flexibility, the car model promises to meet the needs of many classes of customers. The selling price of Kia K5 2024 ranges from 507 million VND to 720 million VND, depending on the version and equipment selected.
During this upgrade, the Kia K5 has had some interesting design changes. The front of the car stands out with a carefully adjusted grille, combined with new, more compact and modern designed headlights. Surrounding the headlight cluster is a strip of LED daytime positioning lights, similar to the star map.
The front bumper of the Kia K5 2024 has been redesigned into a wing shape, accompanied by large fake air vents at two corners, creating a sporty and special look.
At the rear of the car, the taillights have undergone adjustments to become slimmer, smoother and the two fake air vents on the rear bumper have been removed to create a brighter appearance.
The interior of the Kia K5 2024 has undergone a significant change with the appearance of many modern amenities. You will easily notice the curved screen on the dashboard, integrated digital dashboard and 12.3-inch central touch screen. This helps elevate the driver and passenger experience to a new level.
In addition, the Kia K5 2024 is also equipped with a HUD driver information display screen, electric trunk door, 2-layer soundproof glass, front and rear dash cam, the ability to update software via Wifi, and digital locking technology. Digital Key 2, fingerprint scanner, 60:40 folding rear seats help optimize space and convenience.
Kia K5 2024 also offers many modern driving assistance features, including a collision warning system from the steering wheel, distance warning when parking behind and collision avoidance assistance when backing into the parking lot. Images from the vehicle’s side camera are displayed on the digital dashboard when the driver turns on the turn signal, helping to increase safety when performing maneuvers.
Kia K5 2024 will be equipped with four engine options. Depending on the choice, customers can choose between different engine versions. That is:
- 2.0L gasoline engine with 160 horsepower and 196 Nm of torque, comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
- 1.6L turbocharged gasoline engine with 180 horsepower and 265 Nm of torque, combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
- The SmartStream L2.0 engine uses LPi liquefied petroleum gas with a capacity of 2.0L, producing 146 horsepower and 191 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
- The hybrid powertrain, including SmartStream G2.0 HEV gasoline engine, electric motor, and 6-speed automatic transmission, produces a total capacity of 152 horsepower and 188 Nm of torque.
