HYUNDAI CUSTIN LAUNCHES IN VIETNAM WITH PRICE FROM 850 MILLION VND

Hyundai has just launched a completely new MPV called Custin, marking a new step for the company in the car market in Vietnam. With a starting price of 850 million VND (including VAT), this model promises to bring a new choice to consumers in the mid-sized MPV segment.

Hyundai Custin is Hyundai’s first mid-size MPV product, located between the company’s Staria and Stargazer models. Built on Hyundai’s global N3-Platform, the Custin shares this platform with other mid-size SUV-MPV models such as the Santa Fe and Tucson.

This model was developed at the Hyundai factory in Beijing, with a focus on optimizing user experience in the East Asia region. Hyundai wants to ensure that Custin will suit the tastes and needs of customers in this region.

Custin, also known as Custo, takes its name from the French explorer and inventor Jacques Cousteau, expressing the creative and exploratory spirit of this car. After a thorough research and testing process, Hyundai Thanh Cong has officially introduced this car model to the Vietnamese market.

In terms of design, the exterior of the Hyundai Custin really stands out in its segment. The car has a modern and classy design, with many unique and impressive details. The front of the car has a large hexagonal grille, surrounded by two chrome-plated horizontal bars. The LED light cluster is designed in the familiar “Parametric Hidden Lights” style on recent Hyundai models.

The overall dimensions of the vehicle are 4,950 x 1,850 x 1,725 ​​mm, providing spacious space for 7 people. The special thing is that the car is equipped with automatic sliding doors on both sides, making it convenient to get in and out of the car. Custin also has door step lighting, creating convenience and comfort.

The interior of Hyundai Custin is designed to be modern and comfortable, with the most spacious space in the segment. In particular, the second row of seats is designed in the “Captain” style with multi-directional reclining and adjustment features, creating comfort and convenience for passengers. In addition, the car is also equipped with many amenities such as a 10.4-inch touch screen, entertainment system, automatic air conditioning system, dual sunroof, and many other features.

Regarding the engine, Hyundai Custin has two engine versions: a 2.0L Turbo GDi version with 236 horsepower and a 1.5L Turbo GDi version with 170 horsepower. Both versions are equipped with a low-pressure exhaust gas recirculation system and smart damper technology to increase performance and reduce fuel consumption.

Custin is also equipped with many safety features, including anti-lock braking system ABS, emergency brake assist system BA, brake force distribution system EBD, and many other features.
