BENTLEY CONDINENTAL GT LAUNCHES A UNIQUE 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION

Celebrating two decades since the launch of the Continental GT, the British luxury car brand has introduced a unique version of the Bentley Continental GT Speed. With a fresh Cypress Green exterior, combined with a Saddle Brown interior and places covered with Burr Walnut wood.

On this occasion, the special edition Bentley Continental GT Speed ​​was officially launched, marking the 20th anniversary of the Continental GT car line. The launch event took place at Monterey Car Week, in California, USA. The car is a companion to its predecessor, the first Continental GT, produced in 2003 and bearing the code VIN20001.

This special edition Bentley Continental GT Speed ​​is inspired by the first Continental GT prototype, shown through the Cypress Green paint color. The car’s exterior is decorated with three unique decoration packages: Blackline, Touring and Styling Specification. Unique details include black outlines on the grille and glass surround, as well as carbon fiber details appearing on the front bumper, rear bumper, sides and fixed spoiler. Not only that, the 22-inch multi-spoke design wheels with dark colors are also a highlight that cannot be missed.

When entering the interior compartment, the space inside the Bentley Continental GT Speed ​​still flaunts the brand’s traditional class. Everything is covered in Saddle Brown, from the seats to the leather upholstery on the doors and steering wheel, with embroidered diamond details and the brand’s unique logo done in blue. The dashboard and center console are made from high-quality Burr Walnut wood, demonstrating true luxury through craftsmanship.

In addition, the special mark of the anniversary edition is also very clear on this car model. The version’s logo with the words “20 years of the Continental GT by Bentley Mulliner” combined with a drawing depicting the car’s journey from 2003 to 2023, appears proudly on the front seats and door sills. In the middle of the letter “One of One by Bentley Mulliner” stands out, a strong statement about the uniqueness of this car. Currently, the car has been transferred to the owner for an undisclosed price.

Once upon a time in 2003, the Bentley Continental GT entered the automotive world with mixed inspiration from the 1952 R Type Continental. The first generation continued to be eccentric with a twin-turbo W12 engine, displaying incredible power. 552 horsepower and a huge maximum torque of 650 Nm.

The third generation of Continental GT appeared in 2010, opened in 2011, equipped with a 6.0L W12 engine and joined the lineup with a 4.0L V8 engine version in 2012. The third generation reached was born in 2018 and is still shining to this day, available with two motor options: W12 and V8.
